Noelle Warford, Principal
I’m a Philly-based organizational consultant and coach passionate about fostering courageous leadership, well-resourced and cohesive teams, and organizational cultures and partnerships rooted in care, clarity, and collective purpose.
Over the years, I’ve served as a social worker, teacher of non-traditional students, and non-profit leader. Each role has shaped my worldview and strengthened my belief that individuals working collaboratively toward a shared goal can make the seemingly impossible possible—especially when they’re willing to take bold leaps, learn from mistakes, and rebound together.
About
This belief is grounded in my direct experience as a practitioner. For over a decade, I’ve engaged in local and national organizing efforts to advance racial and economic justice in food systems and alternative-institution building. As Executive Director of the Neighborhood Land Power Project—a community-based food and land justice nonprofit in West Philly—I led a collective process to rearticulate our mission, vision, values, and theory of change; develop strategic goals; and build the systems and infrastructure to carry them out. Our 8-year organizational transformation is documented in Many Hands, Light Work, a self-published case study series written by staff and partners that demonstrates how incremental changes can lead to transformative impact.
Nature and the land are among my greatest teachers—reminding me that change is constant and that our role is to create the best conditions for healthy ecosystems to thrive. I believe the same is true for organizations, collectives, and teams. We need spaces – in organization and at home – where people can learn, reflect, grow, and act together with clarity, flexibility, and resilience.
I offer a holistic coaching and consulting approach that integrates mindfulness and somatic practices. I believe socio-emotional capacity is foundational to effective leadership, and I support both emerging and experienced leaders and teams in becoming more integrated across all facets of life. My work helps clients lead with confidence, clarity, and skill while carrying out meaningful, impactful work.
